Shipping Policy:

We totally understand the eagerness and excitement to receive your purchased products, hence we try and make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. Well, who likes to wait?

We try and make sure that

  • Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you in 7-10 workings days from our warehouse.
  • Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value of Rs. 3000/-. 
  • A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 100/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 3000/-

In spite of taking precautions, there may be certain hiccups to the otherwise smooth procedure.

In such a scenario, the company will ensure that communication of the delay or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time to the customer.

Returns Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your garment fit or quality, and would like to return them, the following terms and conditions apply for the return procedure-

 

  • The customer will have to raise a return request from their Urban Suburban account, within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
  • The customer will have to log in into their account to return the product. Once logged in, the customer can click on the “Returns” option to proceed and follow the steps mentioned therein to initiate the procedure.
  • A reverse pickup slip will be shared by our team, which has to be attached along with the garment to be returned.
  • The reverse pickup process takes 10-15 working days to be processed, since a third party delivery partner is involved.
  • The Customer can also self-ship the products in cases where Reverse Pick- up may not apply. In case the customer chooses to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. 
  • In case of Self Shipped returns, the customer will be asked to share a copy of the outgoing courier receipt at info@urbansuburban.in
  • In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s online wallet with Urban Suburban. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 
  • For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The item should be returned with original packaging and tags.
  • Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
  • Items on sale, will not be applicable for returns/refunds.
  • In case of a refund, the amount paid for the garment, will be credited to the customer's e-wallet in their account, on www.urbansuburban.in 
  • Only after the Quality Check of the garment is performed by our team, and the garment is found in proper condition, will the amount for the returned garment be reimbursed in the client’s online Urban Suburban e-wallet.
  • The e-wallet credit will be available for use for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective product, the website should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We might request you to share snap shots at info@urbansuburban.in. Our representatives will get in touch with you for the same.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Return Terms and Condition:

This Return Policy applies to all items (with the exception of items on sale) purchased directly from www.urbansuburban.in. The policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our website www.urbansuburban.in for the latest policy.

Cash on Delivery Policy:

  • The customer can avail the COD Service provided all the items in the cart are available for COD
  • COD will be applicable on all garments at Urban Suburban. This is subject to change at the discretion of Urban Suburban
  • The Pin Codes are provided by our Delivery Partners. In order to be eligible for COD, the Pin Code needs to be of a serviceable area, in absence of which other modes of payment can be used.
  • The Product bag cannot be opened without the payment for the item/items
  • Please do not accept your product bag if your bag is open or tampered with.

Cancellation Policy:

UrbanSuburban.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
