Loyalty points is an exclusive rewards program, offered to customers registered on our website. For every purchase made by a registered customer, the corresponding points will be added against the order.
It’s simple. Register with your email id and phone number, and once you have placed an order, the points will be added to your account. For every 1Rs. spent on a purchase, you are rewarded 1 loyalty point. The number of points added to your account is calculated based on the price of the garment selected. The amount paid towards shipping and/or COD charges is not added to the loyalty points. Ex.: If the garment is priced at Rs. 799, the number of loyalty points earned will be 799.
Once you have accumulated 10000 reward points, you will get an option to redeem the points on your next purchase. For 1 point, an amount of Rs. 0.1 will be deducted from your total amount payable, at checkout. Ex.: If the total amount to be paid is Rs. 10000, and the number of reward points redeemable are 6500, Rs. 650 will be deducted towards the same.
In case you have opted for a Guest Checkout, the loyalty points will not be added. To maintain exclusivity, this benefit is only applicable to customers who register on the website.
